IUS ISO Cookbook

There is still time to contribute to this great project! and American recipes are also accepted.

Do you have a recipe you usually make when you want to show off your culinary prowess? Here is your chance to show off with the rest of the campus and the IUS Community.

As part of our commitment to diversity, we are collecting tested international and American recipes from all IUS community members, students, faculty, staff, and alumni, to issue the first “IUS ISO Cookbook”. Along with the recipe, you are encouraged to include a picture of the dish, of a family/friends gathering, or a picture you took in the country of origin. Also, you may include a little story that comes to your mind when you cook or eat this dish. The book will be launched/made available on the ISO website in Summer.
