Class Features
All of the following are class features of the priest of the Pugilist.

Armor and Weapon Proficiency:1No armor or shields.  A pugilist adds his Wisdom bonus (if any) to AC, in addition to his normal Dexterity modifier, and his AC improves as he gains levels. (Only add this extra AC bonus if the total of the pugilist's Wisdom modifier and the number in the "AC Bonus" column is a positive number.)  The Wisdom bonus and the AC bonus represent a preternatural awareness of danger, and a pugilist does not lose either even in situations when he loses his Dexterity modifier due to being unprepared, ambushed, stunned, and so on.  However, Pugilists do lose these AC bonuses when immobilized.

When wearing armor, a pugilist loses his AC bonus for Wisdom, AC bonus for class and level, favorable multiple unarmed attacks per round, and heightened movement.  Furthermore, his special abilities all face the arcane spell failure chance that the armor type normally imposes.

The pugilist is proficient with all simple weapons.  The pugilist, unlike monks, cannot use any weapon with his unarmed attack bonus.

Unarmed Strike: A pugilist  fighting unarmed gains the benefits of the Improved Unarmed Strike feat and thus does not provoke attacks of opportunity from armed opponents that he attacks.

Making an off-hand attack makes no sense for a pugilist striking unarmed.

A pugilist fighting with a one-handed weapon can make an unarmed strike as an off-hand attack, but he suffers the standard penalties for two-weapon fighting. Likewise, a pugilist with a weapon in his off hand gets an extra attack with that weapon but suffers the usual penalties for two-weapon fighting and can't strike with a flurry of blows.

Usually, a pugilist's unarmed strikes deal normal damage rather than subdual damage.  However, he can choose to deal his damage as subdual damage, if desired.

Flurry of Blows:  A pugilist may make one extra unarmed attack in a round at his highest unarmed base attack, but this attack and each other attack made that round each suffer a –2 penalty.  For example, a pugilist with an unarmed BAB of +8/+4/+2, when using Flurry of Blows, would have an unarmed BAB of +6/+6/+2/+0.  The -2 penalty applies for 1 round, so it affects attacks of opportunity the pugilist might make before his next action. The pugilist must use the full attack action to strike with a flurry of blows.

Knock-Out Punch (SU): A pugilist can use this ability once per round, but no more than once per level per day.  The pugilist must declare he is using a stun attack before making the attack roll (thus, a missed attack roll ruins the attempt).  A foe struck by the pugilist is forced to make a Fortitude saving throw (DC 10 + one-half the pugilist's level + Wisdom modifier).  In addition to receiving normal damage, if the save fails, the opponent is stunned for 1 round.

Evasion (EX): If the pugilist makes a successful Reflex saving throw against an attack that normally deals half damage on a successful save, he instead takes no damage. Evasion can only be used if the pugilist is wearing light armor or no armor.

Still Mind: At 3rd level, the pugilist gains a +2 bonus to saving throws against spells and effects from the Enchantment school.

Fast Movement (EX/SU):
At 4th level and higher, the pugilist moves faster than normal.  A pugilist in armor (even light armor) or carrying a medium or heavy load loses this extra speed.  A dwarf or a Small pugilist moves more slowly than a Medium-size pugilist.

From 10th level on, the pugilist's running ability is actually a supernatural ability.

Clean Living (SU): At 5th level, the pugilist gains immunity to all diseases except for magical diseases.

On the Mend (SU): At 7th level, the pugilist can cure his own wounds.  He can cure up to twice his current level in hit points each day, and he can spread this healing out among several uses.

Haymaker (EX): At 8th level, instead of an additional attack when using Flurry of Blows, a pugilist may add damage to his first attack equal to the base attack bonus of the sacrificed second attack, minus the Flurry of Blows penalty.  For example, a pugilist with an unarmed BAB of +9/+5/+3 and a +1 Str bonus to damage would, when using Haymaker, have an unarmed BAB of +7/+4/+1, with a damage bonus of +8/+1/+1.  Haymaker can be used in conjunction with Power Attack.

Improved Evasion (EX): At 9th level, the pugilist only takes half damage on a failed save.

Sweet Science (SU):  At 10th level, a pugilist's unarmed attack is is supernaturally empowered.  The unarmed strike damage from such an attack can deal damage to a creature with damage reduction as if the blow were made with a weapon with a +1 enhancement bonus.

Diamond Body (SU): At 11th level, the pugilist gains immunity to poison of all kinds.

Rabbit Punch: At 12th level, when using Flurry of Blows, the pugilist suffers only a -1 penalty to his highest base attack and his extra attack.  The remaining attacks suffer the regular -2 Flurry of Blows penalty.  For example, a 12th level pugilist with an unarmed BAB of +9/+5/+3, when using Flurry of Blows, would have an unarmed BAB of +8/+8/+3/+1.

Diamond Soul: At 13th level, the pugilist gains spell resistance. His spell resistance equals his level + 10.

Eye of the Tiger:  At 15th level, the pugilist, using Flurry of Blows, can make up to two unarmed attacks at his highest base attack as a standard action, suffering the normal -2 Flurry of Blows penalty to both attacks.  For example, a 15th level pugilist with an unarmed BAB of +11/+8/+5/+2 could move 70' and then make two unarmed attacks at +9/+9.

Timeless Body: Upon achieving 17th level, the pugilist no longer suffers ability penalties for aging and cannot be magically aged, but any penalties he may have already suffered remain in place.  Bonuses still accrue, and the pugilist still dies of old age when his time is up.

Raging Bull (SU): At 19th level, the pugilist may once per day, raise his strength as if by a bull's strength cast by a sorcerer of his Wisdom bonus in levels (or as a 1st level sorcerer if the pugilist doesn't have a Wisdom bonus).

Perfect Self: At 20th level, a pugilist is forevermore treated as an outsider rather than as a humanoid.  Additionally, the pugilist gains damage reduction 20/+1.

Ex-Pugilists: A pugilist who becomes chaotic cannot gain new levels as a pugilist but retains all pugilist abilities.

Multiclassing: There are no restrictions on multiclassing for pugilists beyond those for multiclassing in general.
