Description: Students
will be given a different Spanish speaking country to research and create a
brochure about the country. Students
will include country name, pictures, and facts about the country.
Steps:
- Assign
a country to each student.
- Go to
the library and research using books, encyclopedias, and the Internet.
- Use
Microsoft Publisher to create a brochure of their country. This should include facts about the
country such as population, size, location, capital, and at least 5 other
interesting facts.
- Present
their brochure to the class relating the information that they have
learned about their country.
Students will be expected to take notes on others presentations.
- At the
end of all the presentations, there will be a short quiz over the
countries based on the presentations.
This would include information such as capitals and location of
countries.
