For my Childhood Development class, we were asked to bring in a childhood memento. My childhood memento was a little stuffed dog that was given to me when I was 2 years old. My uncle gave me this very special gift for no particular reason what so ever. We were never really close as I was growing up and I often regret that. He passed away when I was a senior in college.
I quickly named my new stuffed animal “Puppy,” which was a pretty suitable name, coming from a 2-year-old. Puppy’s body has a beanbag like consistency. Not many of my stuffed animals have stuck with me for so long, through college and so forth, but this one is extremely special.
