Transparency of U.S. Franchise System Earnings Claims, with Maree Chetwin, University of Canterbury, Christchurch, New Zealand.  Conference paper submitted for review for June 2008 conference in France.  Journal article to be prepared after conference feedback.

Perspective Franchisees Ability to Interpret Earnings Claims, with William Vincent.  Experiment designed to assess the completeness and accuracy of earnings claim knowledge by perspective franchisees.  Conference paper submitted for review for June 2008 conference in France.  Journal article to be prepared after conference feedback.

Financial Systems in Central Asia, with Brenda Swartz and Jerry Wheat.  Paper about financial systems and financial markets in Central Asian countries.  Data analysis completed.  Paper to be prepared after conference presentaion feedback in Hanoi, Vietnam, March 2008.

Ethics study with Eldon Little, Joe Little, and David Strupeck.  Study the impact of scenario descriptive characteristics on perceptions of the ethics of the behavior.  Article being prepared for submission to a journal in 2008.

 Developing a Risk-Based Assessment Model for Enforcement and Education.  Sabbatical proposal with Federal Trade Commission, Mr. Steven Toporoff, project supervisor.  Currently collecting and inputting data.  Approximately 300 hours of data entry and 10-12 days of data collection.  Completed thirteen days of data collection and 250 hours of data entry.  Data analysis in Spring 2008.

Classroom Climate study.  Study the effect of instructor gender and sex-role orientation on classroom climate.  Data entry completed December 2006.  Data analysis in early 2008.
