Inserting and Formatting Graphics

Go to Insert, picture and clip art and click.

This screen will appear. In Office XP this screen will appear.

You can type in a topic and the program will look for all graphics that match the description.

If you cannot find what you want and you art attached to the internet, you can click on Clips online. Internet Explorer will open up and take you Microsoft’s web site for other graphics. You can download it for future use.

Onece inserted click art or even other pictures can be edited in several ways. When you click on the picture the picture tool bar will appear.

Play with some of the tools and see what effect it has on the clipart.

Special note - When commands are grayed out it means you can not use that command at that time.
