When looking at a toolbar when you see lines in between selections, this means that certain commands are grouped together.

The first 3 are the main commands.

This is text from field – adds a text box for you to type.

Check Box form field – used in places when you need to make a selection

Drop box form field – These two buttons go together.  The first inserts the form and the second types in the list you have to choose from when the drop box is used.

The most import ant tool is the Protect from button.   This button makes the form active.  Please note – This turns Word into a form and you can only change area of the from when you have placed on of the form tools.
