Debra Clem is a Professor of Fine Arts at Indiana University Southeast where she teaches all levels of painting and foundation courses for the fine arts department.

Debra also maintains the Painting Guide, an online painting manual for her students. She is a member FACET (Faculty Colloquium on Excellence in Teaching) at Indiana University.
