Camp Maumee

The Maumee Scout Reservation has been open since 1972 for long-term summer camp.
It consists of 605 acres in the northwest corner of Jackson County in the middle of the Hoosier National Forest. It has a 56 acre lake, that on a clear day you can see the bottom. There are 11 campsites and 2 cabins that can be used year round.
Its summer camp program is among one of the best in the country utilizing a hands-on approach in all of its programs. It offers a variety of merit badges and it is constantly adding more as the need arises.
