Increase
Partition
Size

Android emulation can fail when the partition allocated is too small. To increase to 1025Mb, in Eclipse:

Run | Run Configurations

Open Android Applications and select the application

Target tab

for Additional Emulator Command Line Options add:

-partition-size 1024
