Faculty, including librarians, are annually reviwed in three different areas: performance, professional development/research and service.

My primary areas of professional development for 2008 include:

• Research: belly dance bibliography; digital libraries, including oral and local history, as well as Ars Femina; electronic books; entrepreneurship, including social/non-profits (ie charter schools and arts organizations); Indiana Women's History
