(battery stength is indicated by the number in the upper right corner. 9 is the weakest indicating its time to change batteries)
To enter an exponent like 53             5 [^] 3

To enter a negative number         - 3     (gray negative (-) key)

To subtract two values                 5 3  (blue subtraction key)

To redisplay the previous calculation: [2nd][ENTER]  [ENTRY]

To retrieve the answer to the previous problem:  [2nd] (-)  [ANS]

TRACE    (cursor is displayed with coordinates at the bottom)
Use arrows to move cursor left or right on the graph

Using Calculator Programs:

AMORT: calculates the monthly payment for a loan with compound interest

BALANCE: calculates the balance in an account with compound interest

EVALUATE: evaluates the function in Y1 for any x value entered

LINES: calculates the slope and y-intercept for two entered points or a point and a slope

NDERIV: calculates the value of Y1 and the derivative of Y1 for any x value entered
                (used in Calculus to find the slope of the line tangent to Y1 at the entered x value)

NINTEGR: calculates the value of the definite integral for Y1 – Y2
                (used in Calculus to find the area between the curves of Y1 and Y2)

QUADFUN: calculates the vertex and roots (x-intercepts or solutions) for a quadratic equation
