computer Technology Integration Paper

This assignment is for graduate students only (i.e. students enrolled in R531).

All teachers must be able to design lessons that adequately cover the academic standards for their grade level/subject area.  However, there is so much more that must be in today's lesson plans.  Teachers must note how they will address the needs of all learners in the classroom - the average kids, the gifted kids, the students with special educational needs, the students who may not speak English, etc.

In addition to all of this, teachers must think about designing lessons that are interesting and motivating for students.  Teachers must identify the materials needed and the tools to be used.

For this assignment, you will write a paper outlining three separate lessons.  These lessons must adhere to the academic standards for your grade level/subject area.  The lessons must also note how you will address the needs of the high-achievers and low-achievers.  Finally, each lesson must incorporate some form of technology with an explanation as to how the technology will be used.

Use the technology integration paper rubric as a guide for this assignment and to ensure it is correctly submitted for assessment purposes.
