NewsletterCommunicating with our students and their families is extremely important. Students are not likely to convey all the necessary information to their families, or at least not accurately or in a timely fashion. Class/Course newsletters are a wonderful way of keeping our students' families informed. They are also a wonderful way to cover yourself. That is, students and their families cannot claim ignorance of your policies, rules, assignments, etc. if you have put all these in print. |
 You will create a class or course newsletter using Microsoft Publisher
or Microsoft Word.
The purpose of the newsletter is up to you, but the
intended audience must be your students and their families.
As part of the assignment, you will link your newsletter to your teacher web
page by converting it to a pdf file.Use the newsletter rubric as a guide for this assignment and to ensure that it is submitted correctly for assessment purposes. |
