1. Attendance in the laboratory is essential. There is NO makeup of laboratories. Once the last lab has met for the week, you cannot do that lab. You must have the permission of the lab instructor and have an unavoidable reason for missing, to miss one laboratory without a grade penalty. Unexcused absences will be recorded as a ZERO. If you attend all the labs, your lowest lab grade will be omitted when calculating the lab grade
You may attend any of my labs without grade penalty. You may attend other labs with advanced permission of the instructor, if you cannot attend any of my scheduled labs during the week. Other labs meet, Tuesday 7:30P-10:15P, Wednesday 9:30A-12:15p, Wednesday 7:30P-10:15P, Thursday 7:30P-10:15P, Friday 9:00-12;00a, and Friday 1:15-4:00p.
2. Before coming to class, the experiment is to be read thoroughly and the Advance Study Assignment completed. The Advance Study Assignment is to be handed in upon arrival to the lab. It will not be accepted after the lab begins. Failure to hand in the Advance Study Assignment will result in a grade of zero for that assignment. All labs have an Advanced Study Assignment located at the end of the lab.
3. The laboratory report is to be done in pencil and handed in at the end of the lab.
